Overview

Thank you for registering your interest to set up My Account. We are interested in obtaining feedback from Customers who have registered to set up their account but have not yet activated it. We would be very grateful if you could please complete the following questions. Your feedback is important as it will provide us with information to make positive changes to the service based on Customers’ recommendations. 

Why We Are Consulting

We are trying to understand the reasons why some Customers are registering for My Account but not activating their accounts and to understand any difficulties Customers may be having with it in order to improve the service and to encourage more Customers to sign up and activate their accounts.
